Nach der Installation von Windows ist der Papierkorb als Symbol auf den Desktop.
In den Einstellungen kann man sich auch der PC,
das Netzwerk, den Userordner und die Systemsteuerung
auf den Desktop aktivieren.
Man geht in den Einstellungen in die Personalisierung,
wählt Designs aus und dort die Desktopsymboleinstellungen.
Hier kann man die Desktopsymbole aktivieren oder deaktivieren.

After installing Windows, the Recycle Bin appears
as an icon on the desktop.
In the settings, you can also enable the display of "This PC“,
the network, the user folder, and the Control Panel
on the desktop.
Go to Settings, then Personalization, select Themes, and then
choose Desktop icon settings.
There, you can enable or disable the desktop icons.
